How can I contact you?

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • Typically, our shipping time varies from 2 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking information when your order gets shipped out. For all handmade items, the processing time is 7-10 business days as they are made to order.

Do you ship internationally outside the US?

  • At the time being, we do NOT ship internationally. However, we look forward to expanding our business and eventually being able to ship internationally.

Do you accept returns?

  • No, we do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged, please be sure to email us with photos of how your item is damaged. Once reviewed and accepted by us, we will proceed with the exchange process.

Am I able to change the shipping address for my order?

  • Yes, you are able to change the shipping address for your order as long as the order hasn’t been shipped out yet. Please leave us an email with your order number as well as the new shipping address.

Can discount codes be combined?

  • No, only one code can be used at a time.
